  • Fashion with a Conscience

The Salvation Army launched ‘Fashion with a Conscience’ as an initiative to raise awareness for the landfill as Salvos Stores would divert over 15,000 tonnes of clothing and household items to a landfill site. They encourage the community to recycle, reuse and reinvent fashionable items from charitable organisations.

Through this event management course and keeping ‘Fashion with a Conscience’ in mind, I was part of a team that planned and executed a charity fashion show with the same title in collaboration with The Salvation Army. I was responsible for all entertainment deliverables including the recruitment of models, photography, music, etc.
